Con el presente proveído la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió SUSPENDER la realización de la audiencia pública programada mente Auto 838/26 y fijó como nueva fecha el día 1º de diciembre de 2026.

Lo anterior, con el fin de garantizar el adecuado desarrollo de la audiencia pública, la plena participación de los intervinientes y la debida conducción de la diligencia por parte del Magistrado Sustanciador
